It was a pleasure staying at the city palace inn hotel. The rooms are nicely done and very comfortable to stay in.

Very poor experience at City Palace Inn, Shillong. Room service was not good. Many times they were unresponsive after multiple calls... Room condition was very average... They didn't even gave mosquito repellant at night, which made sleeping very difficult at night time... The Service provided by the management was very poor... Also the location of the hotel is in full outskirts and is very unpleasant for travelling, if you travel from shillong city to the hotel Overall a bad experience throghout my stay... Would not recommend it to anyone coming to shillong for stay .. 😡😡😡🤯

Rooms are good but little bit small. Limited fooding items like you can order only fish & chicken. As well as poor services

The hotel is not 3* as advertised by mmt, service wasn’t good, rooms were dirty, the staff were rude. We didn’t get the no. Of rooms we booked on mmt, it was difficult to adjust for us. Over price on mm t for these rooms and we didn’t even get what we booked for. Didn’t even get the refund as promised by the hotel owner for the room they didn’t provide. Disappointed with the hotel service and disappointed with mm t as well. Worst experience. Spoiled vacation

I booked the ac room but when we reached the hotel there was no ac in the room at least the fan also not available in the room. I paid for ac room on MMT. I am very upset.
