Electricity problem again and again.

Small room, neat n clean, lack of staff Overall good

There was a load shedding just after entering the room. There was fully damaged wall inside the Hotel.

Tap leaking poor room service no any restaurant in the Hotel

Not proper ventilation and the smoking bad u problem in the room that was very disgusting.
Not proper ventilation in the room and we have felt smoking smog in the room. Very disappointed.

Room size is so small.

For 2 adult and children's should provide extra bed.

It is a good hotel helping staff and nice facility.

Hotel are not able to have 3 or 4 star rating because it is a guest house not hotel their are no lift having for stay at 3rd floor.

Rooms are good. No restaurant. Bathroom is very small. Economy rooms at this rate

Room Service of hotel is very poor. I have booked deluxe room but allotted room was very small. TV was not working as there was no cable connection at that time. There was no WiFi facilities. Room service was very poor. No tea / snacks was available before 9. 00 AM.
