No tea and coffee facility. Room quality also not good. No telephone for order any things. Clearness issue. Dust dust. No water

Too pricey for considering the rooms

Bed was not clean.

I booked hotel on 3rd oct got confirmation n all. But during the check in time hotel owner saying sorry sir all room is booked. This was a terrible experience for me in a unknown city. Worst experience ever with mm t and this hotel owner. See how you guys are fooling your customer

The hotel location is good. Room cleanliness and maintainance of things is not to the mark. No drinking water, no hot water except in morning. Very important the staff does not know how to deal with customers. One fellow came at 11:45 in night and wake me up to ask for 30 rs of water bottle, the other one was sleeping flat in reception with blanket and did not bother to answer and wahtever he talked was by sleeping in blanket. At checkout he did not even bothered to collect keys nor ask anything. I placed the key on desk and left. This hotel has a bar attached and seems that is the main business and the waiters in bar serve part time in the lodge. Disappointed.

Hot water was not available in mornings sometimes. Response from reception was poor.
