Rooms stinking, cleanliness very poor, bathroom not clean, towel not available after check in. Pathetic staff behaviour, no room boy available for dropping the luggage till vehicle, door handles broken. I did not click

The hotel manager did not arrange the proper breakfast which is included in the hotel booking advance

Hotel is connected to g t road highway and rooms are big and beds are comfortable. Breakfast is ok. Cleanliness is ok

Good location, rooms is spacious and clean. Value for money. Nearby is vishal megamart and hotel is touched to the g t road

Entrance to the property is sited beside semi open sewage drain, so constant smell. Building work next door till 9. 30pm. Hotel beside 4 lane highway, constant noise and dust. Food was good. The toilet in room was leaking to shower floor. The room door would not lock. In my view the hotel is lacking maintenance and they are unwilling to spend any money. It is being run into the ground. And is trying to achieve as much money through the doors as possible with little outlay. Very unprofessional at desk. The manager owner very rude and non committal.

Location & facility maine issue?

The staff is very active and helpful. The food is also very tasty 😋.

Just to road side, easy to find, a good stay.

There was no temperature chekup, no hand sanitization, staff was not wearing mask. Bed sheet was not clean properly.
