I hotel lift was not working my room was on 3 rd floor tv was not in function due to recharge problem room was not clear heaps of ant there basic facility like soap for hand wash was not available in bath room

No hygiene, bed sheet, blanket and pillow covers were dirty, toilet is choking, no communication gadget or attentive bell, all the way you have ro go ro reception for any complaint
