Review Of Hotel City Star

The property location is good. That is why I had booked it. Room was large and spacious. Room had minibar tv and ac. Intercom phone connection was not working. Thrice they replaced phone, but still it did not work. So, I had to call the landline number of hotel, to get room services and food services. In mmt it's mentioned that driver accomodation is there. However, when we reached hotel, we were told its under renovation. Food was good, not excellent. We had breakfast complementary in the booking, but it's not buffet, as restaurant was also under renovation. Staff behaviour was good. They did try to do their best, with all the limitations.

The stay was excellent. The rooms were clean and the staff was also very helpful. The hotel also has a parking facility. I would choose this hotel for my next trip to dehradun also

Terrible stay, tv not working, tap broken, dental kit is chargeable, no exhaust fan in washroom. Suggest to try other options in new and we'll maintain property

It was a nice stay. We were provided with the early check in. The staff was helpful and cordial. The rooms was neat and clean.

I booked 4 rooms. One room have problem in bathroom and window and bathroom gates didn't close properly. Restaurant food was good. Room service was good

Rooms are good, but my room has an ac issue, ac has a water leakage problem and they couldn't repair it, neither did they change my room. And food is average. Service is not satisfactory

Cleanliness in the rooms aren't good, wifi has a poor speed, had parking issues. Can be a bit better.

Bed room are old, no clean ness.

Property location is good but service is terrible

The property is pleasant i just wished that the hotel mgt and its policies were also customer friendly. The kitchen tandoor was not working and there was nothing to eat. The water bottles were fully chargeable which felt very awkward while making payment for. I would recommend the travellers to opt for better properties to have better experience in dehradun.
