Firstly, the bedsheet, pillows, and blanket had a foul odor, and even the towel was stinking. To make matters worse, there were bugs on the bed, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable and unhygienic. It was a truly disappointing experience.
The food quality was also extremely poor and did not meet even basic expectations.
Secondly, I had specifically requested a normal water bottle, not packaged mineral water. However, the staff provided a Bisleri bottle despite my clear request. What’s more concerning is that the MRP printed on the Bisleri bottle was ₹20, but I was charged ₹42.
When I questioned the staff about being charged more than the MRP, they claimed it was due to service charges. I tried to explain that charging above MRP is illegal, but instead of acknowledging the issue, the staff justified their actions unprofessionally.
To anyone considering booking this hotel: please be cautious. The staff may try to overcharge for basic items and the overall service and hygiene are far below acceptable standards. Always check the MRP and be vigilant about extra charges. This kind of experience is not acceptable.
