Hotel is situated near taj mahal. It is in the centre of the market, which is good. Nice ambiance. Cleaned and great hospitality.

Location is nice with lush green trees all around. Beautiful hotel with excellent pool. Huge parking offers no hassels. Must visit once.

The property is around 3 kms away from taj mahal. Well located, with all top notch facilities and services. The staff is courteous. Sumptuous food. Near and clean rooms and bathrooms.

I recently stayed at hotel clark shiraz and had a fantastic experience. The accommodations were comfortable and well-maintained, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Their excellent service greatly contributed to my enjoyable visit. Awesome hotel, from 5th floor you can see taj top view, only one issue that they charge driver for merry extra payment. They charged around 750/driver which need to be free of cost. Otherwise good, gym, swimming pool and restaurant is awesome.

They go above and beyond to make you happy!

Everyone from management to housekeeping makes sure they hat you have everything you need. We have been to this hotel more than 10 times. Because of the staff we will continue to use this hotel. They also remember you from before. They treat you like family! thank you everyone!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at hotel cl-ark shiraj in agra, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. *positive aspects* 1. *location* the hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to visit major attractions like the taj mahal and agra fort. It’s in a quieter part of the city, which is a bonus. 2. *service* the staff were courteous, welcoming, and attentive throughout my stay. From the front desk to the housekeeping, everyone was eager to assist with a smile. 3. *room comfort* the room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The view from my room was also quite nice. 4. *dining* the on-site restaurant offered a good variety of dishes, and the food was delicious. I especially enjoyed the traditional indian cuisine. 5. *amenities* the hotel has a lovely pool area, which was perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The fitness center was also well-equipped. *areas for improvement* 1. *wi-fi* the wi-fi connection in the room could have been stronger and more reliable. There were occasional connectivity issues that made it difficult to work online. 2. *bathroom fixtures* while the bathroom was clean, some of the fixtures seemed a bit outdated and could use a refresh. Overall, i had a great stay at hotel cl-ark shiraj and would recommend it to others visiting agra. With a few minor improvements, it could be an even more exceptional experience.

Excellent experience. Heritage look of property. Food is good. Services especially at pool is excellent. Sharmaji teach-ed basics of swimming to my kid in few hours only. Nice staff overall

One of the best place to stay in agra. Staff was well behaved. Special thanks to swimming pool trainer. Hotel is located near tajmahal (approx 10 mins drive )
