nice nd friendly atmosphere ; supportive staff. good food ; pocket friendly place nd near haridwar

Location of the hotel is very good. Local market is just on the road and har ki podi is also nearby approx 4 5 km away. Food is also good a little costly though. Rooms were clean. We enjoyed stay at this hotel.

we have booked the hotel without breakfast but on arrival I talked with the men at reception .Hw Told me breakfast will be charged at @300/per person but that does not happen they charged when I complaint about it they told me the bill has been generated And no change can be made now . Thus they charge rupees 1324 extra from me. I cannot understand that the generation of bill is an internal matter of the hotel. When I insisted for actual payment they told me that we will recover it from restaurant manager. This is very wrong. Although I paid the full bill. It was real horrible experience. Also they are selling mineral water ar Rs 60/ per bottle which is higher than MRP and also charging GST on it.

Overall the Hotel was decent but has old doors, old interiors which are not properly maintained. With a minor changes in the interiors it can become a very good Hotel. Also, it was short staffed. Bathrooms outlets are not properly aligned. We did not like food as such. Though it be Poha or Parathas .. it was burnt. Sandwiches were salty. We had booked it for swimming pool but it wasn’t cleaned.. may be due to off season but could have been maintained well.

Breakfast was wholesome, more like a lunch. property was clean , staff was also good . overall stay was good.

Not good ,I have to pay extra for the extra bed ....

Swimming pool is really nicely maintained. It is clean and water contains less clorine

The stay was nice and confortable. I really liked the property. It was clean and tidy. Room service was good and food was also great. I will recommend this hotel for people who are travel-ling with family and looking for nice and comfortable stay. Note : the property is a bit far (approx 5km) from "har ki pauri" but it's manageable.

Very bad condition room n bathroom. Jo pics main dikhaya woh bilkul nahi nikla. Total poor. Restaurants service is very very slow

This was my official visit to Haridawar area and was looking for the good hotels. This was available and looks fine in the pictures and booked two rooms. Rooms was dirty , old broken furniture and bathroom was not up the mark. Because its was non returnable, we were helpless. Don’t go there if you are looking for an 3 star or more alike property. Its a old school building with super lazy staff. One thing that i can appreciate is food , we had dinner and it was fine. I will not recommend this hotel at this cost.

Excellent, feels like home good services/clean rooms/ good food just like home cooked food. All popular places are nearby in rishikesh from the hotel. Excellent ambience

Stay was good but there was one little problem of charger switch rest oll things are perfect

Nice stay overall. Food quality is good. Only thing which we dont like is in night / midnight also while sleeping there was lot of noise coming of staff. Dont like that as could not sleep properly but otherwise hotel is good. Well maintained garden.
