The overall experience was sub standard. The rooms were not cleaned properly and the linen was also old and stained. We were a family traveling together and had booked this property as a transit hotel for one night but it was barely habitable as a family.

Location is very good Food facilities are not available Other facilities were very poor (like hand wash was not available in room, Towel not provided after request also, Door met was not available..

The overall experience at the hotel was good. Dinner and lunch options were tasty but limited. Would appreciate more variety in the menu. Service and ambiance were excellent.

Hotel rooms at 7th to 9th floor in a complex at a very cozy place. Poor enrance thru a very small lift but very nicely maintained reception, rooms, washrooms. Hotel team is very polite & extend full courtesy to guests. Food quality is also very nice. i had breakfast & dinner as complementary. Overall a very nice stay, will always recommend.

tooth brush , toothpaste , tea kettle , mag, sachets are not in room . there is no hot water is coming, staff supportive, hotel location in commercial complex at 7,8,9 the floor , lot time lift is taking to come down , most of couriers boxes are shifting, not enough space in lift

Near to Market, fixed breakfast with no choice of food, Complementry dinner is an advantage but here also no choice of food. don't have restaurant, breakfast and dinner provided in room only
