Well maintained rooms and hotel. Courteous staff. Enough parking space. Well located. Decent food. Needs one improvement- ramp available but not being used. My mother [91 years old] had to face some inconvenience. Ramp should be made available and must have easy access.

I have rated cliff embassy banquet and suites shivamogga as excellent because 1. Hotel reception is very cordial. 2. Staff are very professional and friendly. 3. Rooms are neat & clean 4. Veg restaurant food is delicious and hygienic. 5. Overall experience is very good.

We six of us stayed here on 14/6 and 15/6. Location provides proximity to all essential services. The service staff are extremely courteous and helpful. The ambiance of the entire facility is cozy. The rooms are well designed taking the comfort of the guests in view. The restaurant right at the entrance is very good and serves tasty food at a very nominal price. The tariff is very modest. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
