The room was very nice, neat and clean. It was enlightened also. We are satisfied. But the problem we faced, as the room given for us was in the 4th floor and there were no lift, it was so painful especially for aged persons. Otherwise it was good in all.

Awesome new rooms. 300 mtrs to keventers and mall road. Though being a new property lifts and some other services were not functional. Staff behavior awsome

One of the best rooms in darjeeling with very good location with the inox (rink mall) right on the opposite. 5mins from keventers and mall road. All good restaurants within 5mins. Walk. The staff was very well behaved and helpful. Though being new property lift, restaurants and other amenities is still under construction. Also in case of elderly tourists, it may be noted that the hotel starts from 3rd floor and upwards.

Room was very good & small in size, property was newly started. Rooms starts from 3rd floor lift was not installed it was under construction. Nice location opposite u have a mall. Traveler's who prefer to have pure vegetarian restaurant, u have a option of haldirams which was pretty good

The location is in a perfect location. Just opposite big bazar. Room is big and clean. But room service is very poor. Reception people are very unprofessional. Restaurant service is very bad. You won't get food after a limited time. No permanent cook is there.

1. No lift service 2. Excessive costly food they charge 4 dry toast 110 rs 3 they don't have food items that provide lunch at 1. 30 p. M. 4. For towels we have to call 3 times in reception. 5. They provide tea materials after 2 days of stay but not provide a hot water kettle. 6. The service is the worst. 7. They are not cleaning the room daily.

The hotel denied after booking so i was not able to stay at this hotel. Then you all booked me at pineridge. Where the service was pathetic. No room service was provided, no one was bothered to give an extra pillow even after reminding them 4 to 5 times by taking the pain to go to the reception again & again which was about 1 minute walk from my room. Rooms were shabby & toilet was so so. There was no electricity the whole night for which we could not charge our mobile & after repeatedly asking about the power failure in the morning from 7 to 7. 30am without anybody attending to it finally the electricity came automatically.
