Rooms is comfortable and friendly. Hotel maintainance is good. Hotel staff also helpful to customers. Hotel rules is good. I am already stay in hotel 2, 3 times. I am suggesting this hotel to stay for safe and good. Thanks & regards nagulmeera shaik

The hotel is worth for the amount paid, but it is a 2-star hotelstaff is very good, they allowed me for early checkin at 6am even-though my checkin starts at 11 am. There were no towels and drinking water in my room but they provided immediately when i asked at receptionbathrooms seems to be not very clean but singles can manageoverall good for singles or bachelors

The room needs to be tidy. There was no towel or shop in the room though it was an executive room. A lot needs to be fixed to attract customers. Since the location is prime and-ore focus approach to keep the room clean will attract more customers.

Staff is good and polite. But, ambiance and maintenance is not good. No intercom. Tv isn't working. Ordinary hotel maintenance at 3-star hotel price.

Cleanliness is not there. Rats were roaming in the room, blankets provided is not clean, torn towel provided. Not at all clean room

Water problem in washroom & bathroom, room also dirty & glasses are broken so aclirconditioner is not able to cool the room very upset with service room no. 406 is very inhygenic

I book clifton hotel but there is no clufton hotel hotel name is arena. I call thousand time & nobody on given number answer phone. I roam 2 hrs in auto to find hotel. Roon was v. Dirty & i had to tell them to clean

The room is not hygienic, nothing is working except the fan that is also noisy. They don't provide min service asks to checkout at 11 while the checkout time is 12. 00 pm. Very dissatisfied

this hôtel I hope don't came for visit even. no material at all . please the person working in the hotel and stuff they drink alcohol and you discuss with them . every thing are difficult in the clifton hotel, I came by my friend but unfortunately 😕 I disliked. and I paid for breakfast but they don't give single bottles of water.

I want to inform that the hotel needs a renovation. The only part which is good is reception that's it room is completely old needs all new materials washroom is completely horrible. Need to be cleaned and renovation of new curtain. Mirror are not cleaned at all horrible experience request for the renovation as then only customer can visit again.
