Review Of Hotel Comfort and Terrace Lounge

The room which I had booked delux room was not given to me after I reached the hotel. After waiting I was given another normal room.

The hotel's location is in the heart of the city which is excellent. I had booked super deluxe rooms which were quite large, neat and clean but more hygiene is needed as found some cockroaches here and there though the staff said they have just used insecticides. The rooms found were somewhat damp which needed attention because it is giving a decaying feeling. Food quality found was excellent speciality chicken biryani. The quality of food overall is very good. Staff and manager were found to be courteous and gave the best possible service though some delay in service was noticed as guest nos. In the hotel increased.

First of all the hotel was nicely located from the temple but power went out very frequently food was nice but the service at hotel for food or anything related to service was very very very very slow whatever may the problem for that would be so please i request you guys to see to that proper cleanliness is maintained and please improve your service

They denied to check in after booking so i have arranged another hotel at some time for stay
