Centrally located,adjacent to main Road,peaceful atmosphere courteous staff.However I have noticed low level of maintenance of the property

Clean property, the front office staff and the room service staff is very helpful. The room sizes are bit small and also the washroom to have separate bath and loo partitions.

The location is good , it is in prime Baner itself . Good for short corporate stays , the food served is also nice . The condition of room can be more better , during my stay the house keeping staff was confused on which room to clean and tried opening the door of my room only ( for which I will give it poor rating ) , on confronting them he denied that he was not doing it .

Charging same tarrif but the quality of rooms / hotel amenities and most importantly breakfast is very to experience at such a brand hotel - won't recommend anyone

This hotel is located at a very good location in Pune. All the good restaurants will be at your walking distance. Now coming to the hospitality, everyone was very friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant was also good. Wifi was good. And the room was neat and clean. Overall it was a good experience
