I stayed for 3 days quite an alright place, couple friendly, that was good, good privacy, helpful staff. They could wash they're floor mats more often though.

Hotel is such located that the private taxi to darjeeling or kalimpong and nearby place is available just at the walking distance from hotel. Railway station is also very close to the hotel. Hotel is neat and clean and also have a nice dining area.

Good Overall. Was late in checking in as train was late and checked in after midnight. Informed hotel earlier and they were quite helpful and co-operative. They even asked for keeping the dinner and water if case we don't get it outside. Breakfast was good and staff quite helpful.

The location was relatively easy to find. We were to vacate around 11 am, but our pick up car was delayed by 3 hours. The hotel staff did accommodate our request for an extra hour beyond the check out time without any extra charges. The room boys and the staff in the restaurant were very courteous. If your a non-vegetarian, you will love the restaurant. For we vegetarians, the options were quite limited, including the complimentary breakfast!

Awesome service and taste of food awesome. Hotel location in very familiar area. All traffic's are available from in front of hotel. The important part is the bus stand just 3 min walking distance from hotel.

Room are not so good. They accommodate 3 men in a double room. AC not working properly. Incom system not working. There is no travel desk. Bathroom is very short. My co-passenger lay in floor. They don't value money
