Terrible Stay
WiFi was not working. Bathroom was not clean. Staff behaviour was very bad. Charged towel cleaning extra

I found the hotel by make my trip. The hotel staff was cooperative and helpful . they did very good job and restaurant of the hotel was had taste in food it was a good experience.

Our One night stay at Nasik
Our stay at Hotel Cool Palace was very comfortable. Property located at the heart of Nasik from where one can reach Panchavati very easily. All amenities require for one family was available at Hotel. There is a need for improvement in food services.

Poor Stay
1st reached there life not working, then evening come back to room we was see many cockroach in room floor, then we was say change room , then after they changed room but service to bad 👎. Not replaced problem when we was complaining. So don't go there

Poor Stay
Property is not good for family and friends it was very dirty even i want not able to find correct location for almost 1hr. AC was very noisy i was not able to sleep for entire night

Excellent Stay
Hotel staff was very pleasant. Nice and comfortable stay. Rooms were very clean. They allowed us early check in at 9 am. Thanks a lot for the entire hotel staff.

We took a non ac room, bathrooms were clean, room was clean. No kettle for hot water, care takers were good

Few serves was not at mark, like lift was not working properly, window was broken (no glass, there is a restaurant but not an single customer, i literally ran from there.

familyGreat location (1km from ghat, supportive staff, smooth checkin-checkout. The hotel has a rooftop restaurant and the food quality was good. The hotel ambience is great. I booked a family room for 5 adults and it was comfortable.
