It was good stay. The hosts were very polite. Checkin and checkout was smooth and the property was clean.

overall nice stay and I liked. could have been better if the heaters provide I the room and breakfast also should be improved as there are no tables.

Good Stay
Room, services and facilities were really good. Room and toilet were very clean and tidy. Complementary breakfast was also tasty and excellent. If we plan for a trip to coorg again we'll definitely book the same hotel.

Location is very near to heart of the town. Regarding cleanness and services were excellent but restaurant is not available in this property.

Highly recommended stay at coorg
Clean room & washroom. Bed roll & towels were clean & without any bad smell. Courteous, friendly, helpful, polite & ever smiling staff. Breakfast served was hot, fresh, tasty & more than enough. It made our stay comfortable & hassle free. Thank you team & staff of ashok palace.

familyRoom was a little small for a family but overall a good experience. Location staff etc were good. Breakfast options were very limited and repeated. That definitely needs improvement

Poor Stay
Breakfast timing was too late. We had done the booking with breakfast included. But they provide breakfast after 8. 30 am which was too late as we need to start for site seeing. Hence we were not able to have the breakfast for two days even-though we had paid for it

Nice
Very nice play to stay. The staff was cooperative. Food was good. Excellent hospitality and convenient for tourists. The hotel is nearer to the bus stand and other tourist places.

Deserves 0 rating!! Worst experience
Uncivilized behaviour by staff. First they said a glass was missing to which we already mentioned where it was but they still said it was missing and when I went and checked they had taken it to their kitchen when asked they behaved as if they didn't know. then they said there are stains on the blanket which can't be washed and they have to purchase a new blanket. The entire conversation was baseless they just wantedextra money from us. they were extremely informal with us in words . Would have rated in negative if there was an option

familyRooms are good, the service staff were helpful and courteous. There was a kitchen sink in the room, which was good. The rooms are not sound proof enough, so when someone speaks in the corridor it was disturbing our sleep. Breakfast is not really a restaurant in the hotel, instead they get the parcels from a nearby restaurant.
