Review Of Hotel Coral

The hotel manager Mr.Debabrata Mondal was very courteous and cooperative, gave good suggestions around sight seeings that really helped. All staffs including the Security guard were well mannered, our car was safely parked inside the campus which was under CCTV surveillance. One of the staff members, Prasanta, provided room service on time with a smiling face always. The food from the hotel restaurant was of good quality and taste. I shall certainly recommend The Coral hotel to my acquaintances.

location is Good, food is horrible... lots of menu in Menu list but 80% menu not available... but they not updated their menu list... Amenities not so good... TV not running properly... room wall not clean properly... service not good...

The experience was very bad. For water bottles they are charging money which is basic needs for people. Every hotel will provide a water bottle. And there were no proper toiletries. We took two rooms and in room 201 the ac was not working properly and the TV also was not working. We saw a used cigarette kept in the washroom. We booked two rooms for 6 people but still the rooms were small and arrangements were not made before we entered

Worst experience terrible found cemara behind tv while scanning after complaint removed but they are saying not hotels fault

Only the lobby and reception looks good. Rooms are at very bad condition. Bathroom amenities are very old and dirty. Furnitures in the room are also not in good condition. Wardrobe was smelly. AC was draining water on the bed so had to change the room. No water was even provided in the room. Overall very dissatisfied.

The hotel room is very bad .. I was booked white pearl ac room from make my trip but actual room was very bad very unhygienic and property also very dirty they not maintain the hotel property swimming pool was also very small dirty and unhygienic...Price according room is not good ..white pearl room also small and not cleared..Food also high price food quality was not good ... Overall very pathetic experience but all staff behaviour is nice .. Overall price according poor quality hotel ... property not maintain

The location was pretty good. The food quality and room services were appreciable. Staff behaviour is very good. The part of disappointment was that we had opted for ground floor rooms but we got 3rd floor rooms. And as per the hotel rooms, the price of the room was very high. The pictures of the rooms that was shown during the time of booking and the rooms where we stayed was different.

very Good family hotel.staff is very nice. food quality very best and 💯 hygienic.Location also very good.property atmosphere Just nice. children enjoy very much.childern park and swimming pool available here. Breakfast quality so nice. we enjoyed very much. next time must be visit here.

Smooth check-in, support staff were too nice. Dine-in facility is very nice and food quality as well.

The room is not worthy as per the price which taken make my trip .I requested to make my trip manager pls don't make full to visitor.our money is very valuable ,so provide good room.pls send your team to check the room condition time to time and then take room booking .pls try to understand yesa hone se customer ko bahot takliff hota hai.pls requese to you kindly don't play with our fillings.

Food and room both were superb❤️ park was so good for kids , my daughter enjoyed a lot ,Overall location,food, amenities and services were fine

Good but a little pricey, and handwash/soap/brush nothing was provided. Swimming pool is the attraction, beach is 10 -15 minutes walking minutes

1.I have booked two rooms of 200 sq feet but they provided 1 room of 200 sq feet and another of 180 sq feet though I have paid for 200sq feet. 2. We have spent a whole day without AC, Tried to get help but they are really not bothered. 3. Super arrogant manager.

best low budget hotel in digha I stayed here in 2 times next time when I will come digha obviously my first choice will be

Basically we didn’t stay in the hotel. The receptionist cum front office manager cum general manager of the hotel probably the name showed us two different categories of room in fourth floor whereas the same category was booked. Then informed the lift is not operational and when we tried to speak with him or his senior he first said he is the from and then the gm said us to get out of the hotel and when we tried to speak. He started making videos. I would just say the experience horrible rather beyond description and on checking in google so later it became very clear to me why they are denied us check in :). But i suggest anyone who shall be travelling with family or couples please be very very very rather extremely aware. they just take prepaid payments and when tourists come to them they give the worst room so that the tourist skips and they can take check in on their own. Also Make my trip request to do a proper auditing before listing such hotels as your partner as we book by trusting MMT. And also the swimming pool showed in the picture is smaller than any of the normal children pool you will find in the city. I would recommend someone this hotel in negative, and in case someone wants to cross check just go through the google reviews before booking thats the mistake done by us as we didn’t check the google reviews earlier. Also the hotel receptionist cum fom cum gm doesn’t even maintain the grooming of a basic hotelier

EXCELLENT Hospitality and behaviour of all staffs butiful atmosphere and carrying in nature, The all staffs are very sincere there works.

Nice cosy room with inroom breakfast, location a bit away from beach but a pleasant experience overall

Location is good walking from new digha beach. Food average. Service is good. Maneger is good behavior.

It was vary bad experience. Hotel room was smelling vary bad and washroom was not cleaned. Even hotel resturent food was pathetic. Please do not book this hote Why not due diligence when listing. Staff behaviour is also not good. Washroom was cleaned in evening while I was check in at 12:00PM.Pls do not book this.

Service quality is poor. Staffs are totally unprofessional, i didn't get a basic mosquito liquid or room freshener over there. Also the hotel location is far away from sea beach.
