Good Stay
The stay was very good and comfortable. The staff was very corporative. The room condition is average but food is very good. It is little expensive for food but worthy. I would definitely recommend the property

decent pick in Belapur
i booked a club room and i was allotted some old room on the 6th floor but after i called the reception they corrected the mistake. food’s is good and cheap compared to other places but service is kind of delayed.

I had a good experience. Stayed 3 days. Best hotel option in the area. Staff are helpful and cooperative. Food quality and quantity is excellent. Neat and clean rooms. It has the best location with easy access to the Market and restaurants. Prices are genuine.

Uncomfortable Treatment Over Complimentary Breakfast
The stay was generally fine, but we had a very unpleasant experience regarding the complimentary breakfast. At check-in, we were clearly told that breakfast was included with our stay. So, naturally, we went to the dining area expecting a smooth experience. However, the staff kept asking for our room number, seemingly to verify the complimentary status. The next day, things got worst they repeatedly questioned us in front of other guests, asking whether we had paid for the breakfast. It felt humiliating and uncomfortable, to the point that we had to leave our meal midway. We felt as though we were being treated like we were trying to get a free meal dishonestly, which was deeply hurtful. If we truly intended to eat breakfast without paying, we could have easily ordered it ourselves. But we only went because they had informed us it was complimentary. On top of that, one of the reception staff members was also quite rude, which added to our disappointment. This kind of treatment leaves a very poor impression on guests and should be addressed.

We have looked into the matter and we would like to inform you that the noise was from other guests in the corridor, as soon as you raised the concern, we requested them to lower their voice. Furthermore, we did not receive any complain about the AC and there seems to be no issue with it since. We would've immediately rectified any issues had it been raised to us as we have a 24 hr maintenance team. Guest satisfaction is of utmost importance to us and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and assure you the same will not be repeated during your future stay with us.
Good Stay
Location is very convenient and good, everything one may need is in vicinity. The breakfast is not that good, but not bad either. The taste can be improved. Hospitality is great and service is really quick. Elevator is unclean and out of maintenance, can be worked upon. Room was good. Bathrooms need better cleaning, it's not bad - but a deep clean once in a while will leave no scope for complains.
