Booked a room to accommodate 2 adults and 2 kids. Room provided was not at all livable. The hoteliers took the same amount in cash at which I had already paid at the time of booking. Literally I had to spend double the amount to get a livable room

Receptionist not available in the wee hours as well as late night, the room looks preety okay but you will not find towels,mirror and even toilet cleaning brushes in Restroom. Rest was okay👍

The staff seems inexperienced though very polite and friendly. When i ask for the room bill they couldn't give me the same amount bill as i paid which was rs. 1680- they hand me the bill for rs. 1500- and the food also wasn't that value for money.

Staff behaviour was good, but the room quality was very bad, fan slow, no flush in toilet, broken toilet seat. Housekeeping staff came after multiple request to clean.
