pros 1) location:- main civil lines crossing and railway station is close by 2) room size, big room with all basic amenities provided... bed/washroom was clean cons 1) no exhaust in washroom

The staff is helpful. With all the negative points of the hotel that you see, the staff will try to help you steer your way through all of those. However, cleanliness is still amiss. You have to pursue the staff to get what you want. Cleanliness is not their priority, but they will come & help you every time you call, which is what makes the stay in this hotel bearable. The room that we stayed in also didn’t receive wifi signal. Breakfast is average. Overall, it’s a decent hotel with typical good and bad aspects.

My checkin was at 12pm, but i reached the hotel 1am night, approx 11-12 hour before. For that, they asked me to pay 2300 extra, as i am doing early check in.

The location of the property is good as it’s central located and has easy access to other means of transport. Has large lawns which are used for parties. The rooms are ok. All of the rooms are on the ground floor the room initially given to us has issues with locking and opening, but it got changed later. The restaurant in the hotel serves food but it takes a long time to serve and is very expensive. Would suggest everyone to step out of the place for food. It is strictly an ok place to stay if planned for few nights. Overall it is good.

होटल में जब चेक इन किया तो होटल को बुकिंग खोजने में वक्त लगा, रूम में पानी नही आ रहा था, टीवी नही चल रही थी, कोमलिमेंट पानी सिर्फ 500 ml ।

Location is good as it is situated in middle of the city also Bus Stop and Railway station is near about hardly in 2 kms of range cleanliness, Room service and Food was average i m very disappointed with thisrest is ok

Its more of a club/banquet than a proper hotel. We had booked the superior rooms, but all the superior rooms are in the ground floor, and although they are quite spacious, yet its a bit suffocating and damped with no windows. So we had to settle for smaller rooms in the first floor. The location is decent, near the civil lines bus stop and not far from the prayagraj junction railway station. Staffs are quite helpful and cordial.

Room weren't ready when we reached. No extra mattress. Hotel official mentioned some technicality to us & we had to pay atlast. We reached around 1 am & we were dealing all this huss fuss. We just slept for 6 hours & left early morning so can't pin point anything else. For us it wasnt a very smooth experience.

Location is convenient, food was good. Respo se at counter was-was average.

Room was not much clean, they had not provided slippers for washroom. Shower was not working properly. Bucket was dorty. Not provided dental kit in morning. And offered to choose only one option for breakfast. Overall i compromised my stay there.

Booked two room while the management reserved only one room, after two hours of continue communication they provide the room. Almirah of one room broken, it was terrible to stay with child. Water bottles provided after complaining. Very bad management. Still some staff try to solve the complaints but we suffer a lot in this high humidity and temperature.
