Friendly and personal service the staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The hotel is well situated, transport, and the tourist sites. Hospitality is great. We would definitely stay there again

Restaurant food was not that good but stay was good. Hotel was near to taj mahal so can easily travel as per convenience.

The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. Breakfast was good. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. That impressed me the most. Very near to taj mahal, value for money, good for family. Done thanks

The hotel stay is average. The food tea is not good. Room service is extremely slow. Hot water is not provided 24 hrs so please ensure to check in advance. Rest the stay is okayish.

Nothing special. Below average rooms. Had to wait for 45 minutes as they denied the check in after fully payment on mmt. Extra charge were paid them they allowed to check in. Very horrible experience.
