Checked in late. Service was good. Staff was extremely helpful. Rooms were small, without ac. Overpriced considering the size and amenities.

If your booking a premium rooms, please be aware the rooms are very small. It hardly fits a bed and minimal space to walk. Other rooms also not very spacious. Staff is also not very helpful. Everything you ask for they say no to that.

Provided non ac room instead of ac room. Manager/owner does not listen to others. They were not having details of my arrival. They took all details from me including booking i'd. Room was clean but very small. Area Around is noisy market area. They don't have restaurant. They even replaced small water bottle after changing room on request of make my trip. Better to avoid as this is only Hotel which provide non ac room if u book premium executive room. Though I provided valid photo i'd, he later called me to say it's not valid. Again I cooperated and furnish details after leaving Hotel. Though it was one night stay, it was troublesome. Manager/owner need to improve way of talking. I was not in mood to argue so I avoided it. But I will never book this Hotel again.
