Review Of HOTEL CROSS ROADS

The entrance to the hotel is horrible.Owners are not friendly at all. Moreso we had left our watch which was very costly on the table at the time of checkout. Though we complained at the hotel, we could not get it.

Good location with average cleanliness but good quality people

Please avoid this hotel if possible.

The hotel was excellent. The room was very clean. Staff was very polite. Food quality was also good. Overall a pleasant experience.

Bad room service nobody received call breakfast is not good

Rude staff. Had booked online with twin beds, sea view room had mentioned late check-in at the time of booking. Paid extra for the requests, on arrival, was told those facilities were provided to someone else and not available, was provided a room on the ground floor, no sea view, no twin beds, and also told the room Besides the bed and hot water there is no other comfort

It was a poor stay, not at all value for money. Breakfast served in the Hotel was very poor. Hotel's safety and security was average type.

As per the rates the services of the Hotel are not worthy. Their rates are very high. The rooms were average. The washroom was not so clean. The shower was not working, thus we have to take a Bath in a bucket. The towel was very dirty. The staff behavior was good but they were not properly trained. The quality of the food was good. It was a safe stay for family. The Hotel is on the highway.
