Hotel is just near har ki paudi, mansa devi temple, chand devi temple which is best part and hotel is situated on high way 45 min travel to rishikesh, rooms are good to stay for quick visits

Hotel denied to give all amenities mentioned they will get ruined if start providing mineral water, toiletries etc

We are not stay because hotel was not in safe place praking also not available

Ac was not working. Electricity issues. Tv was also not there. Delux room has not completed

Awesome experience for service with smiling face, superb cleaning, charming infrastructure & overall an attentive mood of all staff for the guests. Can't believe that we are in a hotel, it's like a home to us. Will refer all my friends & relatives to experience those awesome service & helping attitudes.

Location is good in the centre of the city everything is nearby. Rooms are clean and safe no issues to couples. Food and beverage facility is also available.

The location is not that good as it is situated at the outskirts of Haridwar but hotel staff is very cooperative. The food quality and taste is awesome, I love the food they provide. At the end it's a value for money stay at Crown.

Rooms are good, value for money cleanliness was issue, service is good, staff is cooperative, AC, gyeser, led, table wardrobe, two chairs are provides, bathing soap should be of good quality at least, towels were good bed sheet is also good, rooms painting required, dust observed in rooms

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights with my family members. It was really a nice experience as they provided us the same rooms which we have booked. Nature of staff and manager was good. One thing they should extend for better convenient is Wi fi facility.

It's a really nice experience. Everything was good. Ya, hotel management have to extend WiFi facility to 2nd and 3rd floor also and would concentrate on clarity of television. Rooms were neat and clean.

Very pathetic hotel at this price. Room is too small. Staff is not at all cooperative. Bad location. Lift was not working. No windows in the room. It was suffocating. AC also had some trouble. Washroom was very unhygienic.
