The hotel is good with good service along-with parking space at nashik pune highway. Rooms and bathrooms are big in size and clean. The food is nice and tasty.

Property is old, and need deep cleaning and renovations. Food is average, service is odd, no one will escort guest to rooms, they do repairs in room while guest is in the room. Staff need to learn more hospitality, specially counter staff. Please don't opt for breakfast, no worth for the money charged. Rooms furnishing is average. Wifi is good, all toiletries were provided, housekeeping is good.

The washroom was not clean, tap was leaking, yesterday water got over. And the staff came with a bucket of water. Yesterday mrng the electricity was not stable

Property was not cleaned. When fan switched on dust particles started flowing from all sides. Bed had hairs from previous occupiers of the room. Glass was missing from bathroom window making uncomfortable to use it. Very few options of food for breakfast and that also we had to choose as no buffet available.

The hotel room had poor maintenance. Most of the fittings in bathroom were broken. Wc and floor had salt deposits. There were frequent power failures. Wifi through promised was not available throughout. Wed was not prepared when occupied. Bedsheet and pillow covers were replaced after repeated reminders. Quilt cover was torn till got replaced. Curtains were not dry-cleaned for long and hook had come out. Response to requests was poor or no action taken. This hotel was not half the value of money paid.

I have never seen this stupid hotel in my life. Bathroom is not clean, tv is not working, even after paying extra money to take suit room, room is not available, our worst problem is food.
