I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights, they well maintain the cleanliness. They do care for customers. Food was so tasty. Perfect stay for solo and couple and family as well. I loved this hotel. Definitely i will stay again there if i go patna.

Location of property is very good. This is for budget traveller going to patna for 1-2 days stay. Food from hotel restaurant is good. Room hygiene was average. Staffs are very polite.

The hotel is in calm & quiet area. The staff behaviour is cordial, the only drawback is the room with no clean bed linen & blanket & room & bathroom are not cleaned properly.

The blanket cover has a blood stain, we told the receptionist to kindly change the blanket but they didn't change. It's not a family oriented hotel, it's totally for couples. They are not maintaining hygiene. I don't have

That was too expensive according to price room was too short and the kitchen service is also not available. I asked for the ass tray and also asked for Handwash but no one responded also I asked for wifi password but there is no any wifi.overall experience was worst

Bed, pillow, washroom room is not clean, staff is very unprofessional when i say change blanket cover and pillow then he says nhi ho sakta hai. Please unlist from your property list

Ac was not working, there was no proper staff to address any issue of consumer only security was there. After raising issue to receptionist, he came and start saying ac is working but in actual only blower was working. There was signal in tv, no electric kettle, foul smell in room. Even that receptionist carry small liq-our bottle in his pocket and when i asked that liq-our is prohibited in bihar then he start smiling and ignoring what i asked. Overall it was very unsafe for me to stay there. Won't believe how make my trip has business tie ups with such property. I believe make my trip is only concerned with money making and no service for customer.
