I am booked the hotel crown bahraich worth 1327 my amount is deducted but the hotel mangemnt saying the room are full how is this possible where i sty now. Kindly refund my amount asap

Overall experience is good. The room was clean, once i checked in i asked a hotel staff member to change the bed sheet and pillow cover, instantly action was taken. The location is very approachable and convenient. Duvet was not having cover which is to be taken care of. They don't provide complimentary packed water bottles so guests need to carry a water bottle by their shelves. Overall it is good. Food you can order by various food delivery apps.

The room was spacious. Manager behaviour was excellent.

The hotel rooms were very small. The quality of the bedsheet was of very poor quality. The blankets were very dirty, it seemed that they had not been washed for years. The staff were good, the food was also okay.

Very bad experience with your group. Hotel, rooms, bed sheets are not clean and not good condition. Counter rate is 1000only and your rate 1300. Dinner not satisfied, lower class
