Good for sleep only. Room amenities not upto expectation. Location good. Free in room tea/coffee not available. In room electric kettle not available. They provide hot water on asking. . Staff are well behaved, rooms are clean.

Our flight got delayed from chennai to guahati by 4. 5 hours. We reached the guahati airport by 1am at night. We called them in between in kolkata about the delay. And reached the hotel at 1:45 am. They cooperated with us. And provided us clean room. We are very thankful that so late at night we got clean beds to rest on.

Overall it was good but the ac doesn't make the room cool it takes lot of time moreover hygiene should be maintained both in bathroom as well as bedroom bedcover was dirty. It should be taken care of

Stay was pleasant and nice. Mam was really helpful and was kind enough to do some discounts also. But wifi wasnt available and their parking is very spacious. It was really nice.

It was good and their restaurant is top notch. But due to some reason while i was staying there, their chef wasn't available so food was normal.

Hotel staff was good. But while i was there, there were some internal problems going on there, so i had no tv connection and they should at least have wifi services for their deluxe rooms. Hotel parking was spacious and there restaurant is top notch, loved it. But service was lilo slow. And overall it was good and my stay was pleasant.
