The stay was very nice and room was very clean and neat. The complimentary breakfast was not up to the expectation and was very normal.

1. Good location 2. Good and clean room (not very big) and good amenities 3. No balcony and no smoking in room 4. Food was excellent and very quick service( only restro pub no family restaurant) 5. Outside food is allowed. You can order through swiggy and other apps. 6. Bathroom is clean 7. Reception staff and restaurant staffs are very polite and helping. 8. Night club and dj is available at weekends and others night. U can n joy and go to ur without having any trouble. We have stayed for 2 nights. Overall experience is awesome. It was really nice stay. Recommend every body.

I am staying here for the first time. The location is very good. Near to markets and shopping centres. Rooms are very neat and clean. The food is also good. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff is the best part of the stay, and that the property's location, access to cabs and markets, and everything else was perfect. Rooms are well maintained with high-standard

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

Comfortable, Clean and Conveniently located

The hotel is really nice, well located, with tastefully done interiors. The staff is helpful and polite. The one thing they can work on is to have their buffet breakfast available till their prescribed time of 10am... I reached at about 9.45 am but found almost all counters empty. To be fair, they did immediately provide tea and dosa...but it just kind of felt disappointing. Loved my stay though...and if I need to visit Cochin, Crystal Plaza will be a place of choice to stay!! They have a fabulous solo digital art work by tAOS (the Art Outreach Socity) wall art by artists Pinkoblue and Devius that is simply gorgeous and profound.
