Not good, bad food, poor reception & service

The boy in the reception doesn't have the knowledge of what is the meaning of receptionist. Such a rude behaviour despite of knowing my age 67 he kept me waiting and asking rubbish questions. There's no kettle or kitts for making morning tea or coffee. I asked for a Iron box and very casually asked me to go to a nearby Ironing man I paid for the breakfast and had to wait till 9 am and to my shock there was only Poha (lousy) . In the night I asked for a water bottle and a glass and I was warned that you can't have alcohol in the room as the hotel is owned by satsangi. The day reached on 11/04/25 when came back after my meeting etc and thought of relaxing for a while and suddenly the power went off and I waited for more than half an hour they didn't switched on the backup and ultimately I had to request the manager to rectify the issue but it took more than 10 minutes to rectify the problem.Before checking out I requested for a final bill and I was assured that same will be ready by the time I am checking out and when I woke up at 6 am there was no water in the bathroom and had to call the reception to switch on the motor. So I recommend travellers not to stay in this hotel.

Room is very dirty. Staff behavior is very rude never go back to this hotel.

The hotel staff was fantastic. I like the food as well.
