Hotel and it's service was very good. Room was well clean, pool was very good, short distance to new digha sea beach.

1. Very polite and helpful staff 2. Prompt response 3. Good rooms, hygiene, neat and clean 4. Excellent food with very affordable rate 4. Swimming pool though available but need to create facilities for family culture. 5. Need to develop more option in restaurants as i missed sweets in the menu. I would rate 9/10. Love the stay

Properly cleaned and maintained rooms. The food from hotel restaurant was not that good in comparison to the price otherwise everything was fine to me. They also have proper parking space inside hotel premises for two wheelers.

It was good, but few improvement is needed for behaviour with guest during check in time. They should check the every room equipment is working properly or not, whether the guest will face any problem or not during staying. Not all restaurant menu items are available. They should take care of that. Otherwise, not bad.

Hotel dayal international, just remember this name for the best hotel in new digha. I had stayed for a few days at this hotel. Stepping through the lobby, i was immediately struck by the beautiful and friendly reception area. Light, airy and very spacious. Very welcoming atmosphere. The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. They always greeting and smiling to us. The breakfasts were amazing. The location of the hotel is great. The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials and fantastic view. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to the tourists who want to go to new digha. Will be back to this place soon!

The hotel was good. The room was also very decent. The house keeping team was great. The only problem was with the restaurant of the hotel. The price and quantity of the food served doesn't match. All the food items are over charged. The boys working at restaurant are very rude. Avoid eating at hotels restaurant.

The location of the hotel was good. The hotel was nice and clean. The staffs were well behaved and was available round the clock. Amenities provided was okay. There was only one drawback. All the hotel staffs will cling to you and surround you for tip on your check out day. From the security
