Located in fasergunj, quiet and peaceful area, little far from the beach and markets. Beach is easily reachable in 10 mins very cordial and helpful staff. Rooms are clean. Nice lawn with parking space, drivers dormitory, swimming pool and bar. Little expensive but overall a very good experience. Consider booking this.

3. Room cleaning was not available. They use to clean room only after boarder checks out. Bathroom was too stinking. This 2 things was very disappointing in this price range

Bathrooms are not clean at all. Rooms are not properly maintained. They have not provided a remote for ac. They provided a portable box tv at this age of time. That also not running properly.

Not so clean rooms, room rent is higher than what it should be, rather overpriced, floors were very dirty, staff's behavior is good, children's park is good. You can have better hotel with this price.

Near frazerganj. Bakkhali beach is 1. 8 km away. Food are of poor taste but price is priced pretty higher.
Though the note at reception says. For mask. But the attendant themselves are without mask

Location was convenient. Hotel was neat and clean but found damp in room. Staff was okay. I recommend this hotel to others.

the hotel stuff are very polite, but the rooms are out of maintenance, bed sheets are pathetic with ugly strains all over, same with pillow cover, no cleanliness at all across the room, walls are faded, tv is from 90s, bathroom is clean but very old and maintenance is not good, food is good at moderately ok price, campus is big but again the same is not maintained properly. parking is available.

I book a room for 3 adults n 1 kid, but they provide a double bed room and didn't provide any extra bed but hotel charges taken almost double than a double bed room. Aside rooms were dirty, dam walls and smelly. Washroom was also not properly ventilated. But hotel looks good from outside, has beautiful garden n children park.

We 6 family members stayed here. We booked ac room. Rooms are pretty old. Small old style tv. Food is good. Cleanliness is just ok. Property is quite large but so well maintained. Swimming pool was not cleaned at all. Not in use it seems. Staff are ok. For one)two night this property is good. Not far from bakkhali beach

The room was not well-cleaned, bedding and furniture was very poor. Toilet was average conditioned but ambience was very good

Terrible Stay

The hotel was very shabby. Dirty bedsheets, dirty linen. Room was smelling. The compound was also not maintained. The only name sake swimming pool was also not maintained. I just checked in and went out. Found another good hotel and shifted immediately.

Hygiene and cleanliness of the room is just pathetic. The rooms are dirty, bedsheets are old, dirty and have turned pale yellow. There is dust on the chairs and filth on the stool. There is not even a single night bulb in all of the 3 sockets. The rooms are stuffy. Bathroom is untidy and even the door is not maintained properly. There is also no provision for hot water During checkout we were charged ₹10/- forcibly as a donation to some local committee
