The hotel is comfortably near to igi airport and hotel staff are really well mannered and polite. My room was as per my expectations and room service was quick. Overall it was a good experience.

Hotel service is awesome and i liked the rooms and the manager riya ma'am is very polite with customer and guide with right information. Hotel management is beautiful managed by riya ma'am and the staff provides very good service.

Great location near delhi airport, great staff specially riya, armaan. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Pick up and drop facility is poor. There are some communication gaps in bookings of taxi and hotel. The same may please be rectified. Overall ambience is good and cleanliness and hygiene is observed well.

The location is good with shops nearby. Unhygienic conditions of bathroom and bed. Plates and spoons were dirty and not washed properly.

I stayed only for five hours as i had to catch my flight but during my stay i observed deluxe room was very small and bathroom was very dirty & smelly. It's not even a motel so i had very bad experience.
