I checked into the hotel on 13th at 8:00 PM. Unfortunately, I had to face a lot of inconvenience due to the non-availability of proper hot water facilities despite the cold weather and continuous rainfall.
1. At the time of check-in, no hot water was available in the room, and using cold water in such weather meant risking health issues.
2. When I contacted the hotel staff, they informed me that hot water would only be available between 5:30 AM to 9:00 AM, which is impractical for guests.
3. After complaining, the hotel staff provided just one bucket of hot water, which was insufficient.
4. Most tourists visit this place for early morning rituals. My scheduled puja on 14th at 3:00 AM required me to take a bath at 2:00 AM, but the hotel initially refused to provide hot water at that time.
5. Only after repeated complaints, the hotel reluctantly agreed but still asked me to inform them 30 minutes in advance. This meant I had to wake up at 1:30 AM just to request hot water for 2:00 AM, which was extremely inconvenient.
6. Even during the regular hours, the hot water provided was lukewarm at best, not properly hot.
In your advertisements,clearly mentions that both hot and cold water are available, but the actual service did not match this claim. This information caused us a lot of inconvenience. Moreover, since almost all hotels were house-full at that time, we could not even change the hotel.
My request:
Please take strict action against the hotel for poor service.
Kindly ensure that your advertisements clearly mention the exact hours of hot water availability 
Consider providing compensation/refund for the trouble and discomfort caused.
