It was nice stay. Hotel staff was extremely nice. My only recommendation is to have a little harder bed. I think bed was too soft but that could be different person. I think the place is good and service and people are really good. Thank you so much

I booked this hotel since i had a return bus in the evening and i just wanted to rest for a few hours so i requested at reception for early check in. First of all he lies that the check out time is 11 am hence the rooms were not available however the check out time is 10 am. I even informed that i would check out in the evening around 6 or 6:30 since i have a return bus however the receptionist did not acknowledge and made us wait. So me along my wife went for breakfast and waited till 11:45. While having breakfast i noticed that the receptionist gave a family 3 rooms who came after us this was very disappointing. Now since i had mentioned to the person at reception that i would check out in the evening i started receiving call in the room about my check out. I had booked the room for 1 full night and paid for it so the reception does not have any right to call multiple times about my check out time. I like to visit diu frequently as i like this place to relax and enjoy my quality time however i made up mind that i would never ever stay in this hotel again.

Overpriced unhigenic stay

The property is relatively new but it is so undermentioned that it makes it a strict no go. When we got our first room it had spiders in washroom, with hairs still lying around. Upon complaining, we got a new room which had dirty bed sheet, blanket and pillow. Everything was so dirty as if it hasn't been washed for months. There were so many bugs on the bed sheet. Tobacco spitting marks in washroom. Upon complaining again they changed the bed sheet thrice but still none was matching the standard of the price i paid. The blanket was itchy and smelling like someone has urinated over it. It was a complete waste of money. I paid but the stay was not worth over.
