I am traveled vijayawada to srinagar, and stayed in 4 hotels, but i received excellent service in this hotel

Worst stay i ever had in a jammu hotel, so filthy, no hot water in this winter, furniture broken, bedding mouse torn and washed decades ago, bathroom door broken and not shutting (thanks i was alone, commode broken, taps leaking, oh god, don't you have some other business to do rather this hospitality services

Hotel has no respect for their customers, they have given us narrow spaced room, without soap and towels, they denied the aminities, washroom jet spray was not there, absolutely shameless people

The room is the worst type of room i have ever lived in and that too with a denied refund. The room rent must be 300 neither it’s clean the bathroom is worse than a gutter the room looks terrible

Baht hi ganda hotel hai, na light rah-ti hai, na pani wash room me rahta hai room size jo likha hai usse baht kam hai, very bad experience first time etne poise me etna ghatiya hotel

It was a very bad hotel with very poor electricity connection. There is no arrangement for generator or inverter, it is very poor. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone else and i will never stay at this hotel in the future.

i am writing to bring to your attention a disappointing experience i had with a recent booking. I had booked a deluxe double bed room with 120 square feet at a property. However, upon arrival, i was provided with a smaller room measuring only 70 square feet. When i requested the hotel property to provide the room i had booked, they insisted on charging me an additional rs. 1000. Despite my payment, they refused to switch on the ac citing electricity costs. Feeling unsatisfied with the service and accommodations, i decided to book another hotel immediately. It is evident that the hotel owner lacks humanity and respect for guests. I strongly advise against booking this property, as it not only compromises your safety and comfort but also disregards the value of your money. Really unhygienic, literally jug had fungus. Poor room service bathroom and room very dirty and very very small not worth it for money they charge fan and geyzer not working. No electricity all over night. Bathroom tub and mug had fungus

Staff and owner is good but they have many rooms are available but provide room on third floor it’s not satisfying for traveler’s.

There was nothing to like. There was no door in the bathroom, no facilities for hot water. The staff's behaviours is not good. So my stay at hotel diamond was very uncomfortable. It was a worse experience of my life.

The room size is good but the furniture is not well, also bathroom size is so short as I am not able to bath and it was very dirty.

The condition of the room was bad, area of the room was too small, room wasn't ventilated and also the electric supply was not available for almost five hours. I was wondering why I booked room online.the experience of the stay was totally a nightmare.
The room was too smelly and the bedding was also too smelly. We feel suffocated, the room condition didn't meet our expectations.

This is very poor condition hotel. Service of hotel is very poor or I can say there is no service available by hotel staff. There is no paints on wall very dirty condition. Bathroom is very small and dirty all the pipe are liking. Every where bad smell. Please don't recommend to any one stay there.

Make my trip is ful responsible for this very bad stay at Jammu. Please MMT do not link like that hotel. Don't frod with customer. I want refund. Please refund me my amount which is spend I stay at this hotel
