Hotel not even responded for check in at night 11pm. I waited outside the hotel gate for 1hr. They didn't respond. So i went from there at midnight. And booked other hotel and stayed there. Worst experience

There is no minimum facility at hotel diamond inn. The condition of this lodge don't say hotel is very very poor. They are so irresponsible, offered me a damp, dirty room as well as useless washroom. I am waiting in lodge diamond inn upto 4. 00 pm. No executive had contacted with me. Then i had left that lodge and check in other hotel by paying cash amount. I had booked that lodge by paying amount rs for two nights.

Staff is not there who can assist the guests one temporary boy is there who don't know about our booking also i guide all the things to him& shop for bath not provided by hotel bed fresh/clean bed sheet not there means used bed sheet not there when we ask for that he refused to change bed sheet, blanket only single for 2 person, spit marks in wall present in room, mosquito are there the not provided any coil or machine for that.

Never book this hotel. Better than this, you can sleep in the passenger waiting room and save your money.
