Place is good located at centre of Jaipur. Staff is good, supportive and well mannered. Restaurant was also good. Room service is also good. Overall best experience. If you are looking for a good budget hotel, You should go for it.

The hotel was good. The location was prime and all the services were good. Earlier I had problem with the stay due to only one mail was sent to hotel of my room than I called the hotel and confirmed my booking. Thank you

Staff is vary caring and cooperative. Food is nice in hotel itself. Staff is very polite. Hotel is very clean and service is best. Value for money. If I go to Jaipur I will prefer to stay again.

One of the best hotels in Jaipur though it is a little off the streets but the rooms are clean, spacious and well maintained. The hotel totally substantiates the cost. The staff was helpful, supportive and they greet the customer with a smiling faces.

Very easy to reach and good parking place. Approach and ambience is really good. On the main road so transportation is very easy.

Service was good. Room decors and furnitures were uncleaned. Maintenance points to be taken care. Hotel foods were good but too costly. Location very near to Railway. Station. Recommended for all if above points will take care by hotel management.

Great good stay and experience. Can be considered as a good option for few days trip. Make sure you verify before booking. You get what you see in the pictures. Service was very slow and food is not good.

We asked for cold water three times but they didn't provide us.. All the time they bring normal water in different jugs. AC was good, fridge in room was not working properly, lcd tv was good otherwise OK.

Nice behavior of all staff members and economically good. Located in med of city. Transportation facilities are by good all places of Jaipur are nearest located from hotel diana palace. Market are also in walking distance from hotel

Blankets are insufficient to coup the chill and a bar may be attached to the hotel and only one small soap is provided for two guests and only two shampoos pockets for two days this may be attended otherwise the room and hotel service is good which other hotels does not have.

Diana Palace is a very decent hotel, its location is amazing as it is near Mi road, which is the best in Jaipur, food is very good, staff is good, rooms are neat and clean and big in size. Overall the experience was excellent and it is a good value for money.

Diana palace is a very decent hotel, location is good, staff is good, food is very good and good value for money also. Overall it was a good experience. Rooms are big, neat and clean, rooms are big in size as compared to same category hotels. Food is tasty I can say, I loved it.

Room Service & food was not up to the mark. It should be improve.
Bed & toilets should be cleaner. The air conditioner should be working in the reception area.
It is an average hotel. Food was not good and room services are also poor.

It's just OK, will not like to visit this hotel again OK. Room service of the hotel is very poor. Restaurant service is very slow and had to wait for 40 min. For the dinner to be served. Food is OK. Location of the hotel is good as it is on the Ajmer road and is NEAR to important landmarks of the city

I stayed in the hotel for 5 day. Particularly the room condition is very poor. AC not working, very rarely we get hot water. If we ask any modification in Booking, they always say one word, as makemy trip. Not at all convinced with any facilities in the hotel including cleanliness and towels except food.
