Room was nice and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Walkable (just) to a metro station, but best to take a short tuk tuk ride if hot. Good value.

Best option if you are looking for a stay close to the us consulate. They even upgraded us to the suite, which is an awesome spacious room. Food was decent.

This is second time i am staying at this hotel, i am very happy about the service, location and behavior of the staff. Currently they are renovating restaurant but they offered rooms service which was also too good and prompt.

Pros: neat and clean rooms and furnishing, courteous staff, tasty food, great hospitality especially by mr. Bobby. Cons: room size small compared to price. Nice hotel especially for families. Very close to various embassies. So convenient for those who visit embassies.

Every thing about the hotel is good. Its an home away from home. Nice anbience great service and good rooms and very gentle staff. Ease of check in and the helpful nature of staff. People like bobby make diplomat a cool place to stay. I lucid the experience.

It’s a very convenient location to access many areas. The roads are very clean and safe. The hotel staff is wonderful and helpful. They are extremely polite. Rooms are neat clean and well maintained. Food is nice too. I felt very safe inside the hotel. There is a safety locker in the room too. I really enjoyed my stay. I am really thankful to the staff. They looked after me well during my stay. I felt like in my home even though i am a foreigner.
