Hotel Diplomat Residency

Very old property Toilets are not clear.No Wall shower. TV not working. pest control not done lizards roaming in room. Rooms are not clean

Hotel is very good n imp place,but cleaness n service something avarage ..if will improve also a very spaciaus room n value for money

The hotel diplomat residency is located on the main road - Civil Lines near Choupla (famous in Bareilly). Hotel building is well maintained & 2 lifts are operational. It’s not a very busy hotel but has all the basic facilities. The swimming pool mentioned on MMT app is not operational at all- to which we had booked our room as had travelled due to an emergency where I couldn’t take my child along and booked considering he can spent some time at the pool- which was not operational. Restaurant only runs when 8-10 rooms have been booked otherwise food is served in the room Itself. Washrooms in the room s must have proper ventilation (exhaust fan should be there) Ad service can be improved as well.

Hotel location is good. Safe parking. Nice amnesties and cordial staff. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Will visit again soon.

From the moment i arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay. Overall service is average given by hotel and even we have to tell them the basic requirements. Which they fulfilled later on

Hotel was nice. Everyone must visit there but i would like to say something about cleaning and maintenance to hotel management. There was lot of cockroaches in my room near bed table and terrace was not clean also. I will visit again but please consider this.

Bad service, stinky rooms,. Cockroaches in bathroom, not at all recommended for those whi prioritize hygeine.

Location is ok. After repeatedly telling them that tv is not working. After1 hour the hotel staff had take action. Room intercom. Phone is not working. Wash room is not clean.

AC is not working, TV is not working and very disappointed things that nobody provided any satisfied answer. This stay was my burst stay in my life.

Construction based on heritage concept. Food quality is good, locality is good but tv was not in order and not working.

Room not clean. Tv not working. When i was complaint then he was provided a room where ac is working but tv is not working. I have shared feedback to you. I get 7% discount and my problem will be short out.
