Review Of Hotel Divine Destination

It is a very good hotel on the road, it is located very close to the temple, there is very good arrangement for food nearby and it is in the middle of the city, it has a very good location.

No parking facility at hotel Rooms are also not up to mark Costly compared to the facilities provided

The room was worse, taps , basin in the washroom was not working perfectly, room was not clean, cockroach were moving in the cupboard as well as on the bed, it was the worse experience I have ever had

The hotel was neat and clean and the service was great. The food especially the fulkas was very nice and fresh home made food.

We went to Varanasi on Oct 20th and stayed at Devine Destination Inn. The stay was comfortable, though the hotel is situated on the main market place and due to metro work it is congested. But the hotel provided the comfort we were looking forward. The rooms were clean and specious. We were given the suites and it provided all amenities that is required. We have booked the package that included Breakfast and Dinner. The food was good, specially the dinner thalis it was awesome. If you are vegetarian you will enjoy the variety. Now coming to mandir Darshana. The Vishwanath trample gate 4 is around 800 meters. So it is walking distance. The Dashamed ghat is also around same distance from hotel. Due to mandir proximity the area is super crowded. Overall Hotel Devine Destination is a place for good stay in budget and if your main per pose is to visit the Vishwnath temple.

First of all, I am giving a poor rating only because of the service. Otherwise, the location of that particular hotel is good. It’s a prime location, and all the prime visiting places are near the hotel. However, the service in the room is really poor. If you call for room service, they do not respond quickly, and after a long time, like more than two or three hours later, they come and provide the services. Otherwise, they do not come and do their job on their own, so it’s really disappointing. Additionally, the room condition is not as good as shown in their picture.

The location of the hotel was very good we found that easily, I booked a classic room but the room condition was very bad as many times we faced flash problem in the washroom but they did not solved it & cockroachs were crawling around the walls of the room & in the refrigerator, we saw a large hole in the ceiling & it was covered with white cello tape & basically, I would like to say that room service experience was very bad, every time we had to call for room service but they would come after one and a half hour to two hours & one day after room service we found that they had taken all towels from our room but they did not replace them with new towels & I called the reception to get new towels but they did not provide that. so my humble request to hotel authority please improve your service

The bed sheets provided were in terrible condition — old, stained, and not clean. Additionally, the telephone in the room was not functioning, making it difficult to contact reception or room service. When I raised these issues with the hotel staff, they were not responsive and seemed unwilling to address my concerns. Overall, I am very dissatisfied with my stay and would not recommend this hotel to others. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves the quality of their service and facilities. Great Service, Great Room, Great People. Had an amazing experience during my stay! The location was perfect—close to all major attractions and easy to reach. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well maintained. The staff was extremely polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The food was delicious, with a great variety at breakfast. Amenities like Wi-Fi, housekeeping, and room service were top-notch. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant stay—highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

Location is good. Food was ok. Stafff was curious and helpful. They provided a good upgrade when needed.

The hotel is excellent for short stay. Interiors are good and staff is friendly. They provide good amenities and helped us to choose rooms side by side. However if it rains you may not go outside as the for y road clogs very fast. Government has to develop better infrastructure

maintainance was good, bt road outside the property is not properly made, otherwise it's a good location

Assigned room had cockroaches...the other room they chose for us had even more of roaches...then we were given another room that they knew geyser isn't working...we did notice that the next day...and managed our stay by asking couple of hot water buckets from room attendants....we allowed them to uninstall geyser for repairs but couple of hours into it...we chose to continue with the process already in place for another day..... not recommended at this price....

Hotel rooms are good and hotel is approximately 800 mtr to kashi Vishwanath temple. Food quality provided was also of good quality

the location is good, very close to the main road. you can easily get auto/riksha from the hotel. There are plenty of food joints nearby which are open till late night.

Location is Good... The rooms were too small and had the smell of Sealen. The behaviour of the staff is nice and freindly. 2

We booked our stay from 7'th till 10'th Sep 2025. Due to some personal reasons we couldn't reach the property on the arrival date. However they didn't cancel the entire booking on the grounds of no show but it was on hold and we could check in the very next day.. Also we had to extend the check out of one of the rooms for a few hours which they gladly accepted with nominal charge. This is a budget property with decent facilities, very good food and decent location. It has a lift facility which can be very useful for elderly people. The staff is very helpful and accommodating.
