Hotel Divine Paradise

1. Price- costlier than 3 star hotels in Dibrugarh & services were terrible. 2. Shabby corridors with unwashed laundry strewn around 3. Very noisy. I couldn't sleep a wink. I could hear footfalls, creaking of bed & cupboard, flushing of toilet, jet spray, shower etc from the adjoining room. 4. Hotel room phone not working. I had to walk to the reception counter many times 5. AC remote not working. Requested for a new remote. 6. One small bar of soap, one tooth brush provided for 2 people. 7. Toilet seats not sanitized. 8. Dining place was unhyeginic, pathetic & claustrophobic. The breakfast provided was a poor fare. 9. Toiletries provided was for a single person. Soap was not provided I had to ask for one. 10. The poor services at Hotel Divine Paradise cost me more in terms of money and inconvenience. 11. Regarding the staff the less said the better I'm never going to Hotel Divine Paradise ever again if it's last place on earth. I'd rather sleep on the footpaths than there.

Room was spacious but staff were not supportive sinnce in the early morning we telephonically talk with the reception about one day add on for the current stay and was done by receptionist side but later on when we were getting ready for shopping and outside visits ,one of the staff informed us that they can’t give the room for the stay were ready to provide another room that was too expensive than the online.They had create inconvenience in our journey and food price are also not reasonable however outside food is allowed.

Had a pleasant stay in Hotel Divine Paradise! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was very convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice and comfort

I arrived at the hotel at midnight during it closing hours as my bus could not make it in time but the reception stayed up all night for me just to open up the shutters and was very well behaved. As i entered the room it was fantastic, the bathroom being super hygienic and well maintained. Overall i had a great stay everything was upto the standard.

Stay ok but room was very small and congested. Food also not upto the mark. Very simple breakfast with no option. Only puri bhaji.

Hotel had booking problem, when he reached there they told us they can't give us room simce we were local

It was indeed a good experience at hotel divine paradise. The manager was very kind and helpful during the whole stay.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
