I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I cannot recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The room itself was immaculate—spacious, modern, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I loved the attention to detail in the decor. The amenities, from the plush robes to the high-quality toiletries, added an extra touch of luxury. What really stood out to me, though, was the service. The hotel staff were attentive.

businessThere was a long power cut and staff refused to turn on generator. Since there is no natural light in the washroom we had to shower with cold water in dark and get ready with no light as well. Food was also ok ok

Hotel was good but the services were very slow we paid around for one day which was the highest charge reflecting online but it was not worth it. We complained many a times about the ac but it was said that it is centralised ac hence cooling is less. I felt that it was not worth paying this amount

Hotel refused to have our booking at the time of check-in. It was a scam that you charged us twice the hotel fees and even did not help us at the time in need.
Being the regular customer of male my trip, we felt awful at the services pf make my trip as well as the hotel itself. Despite of having the 4 deluxe rooms, the hotel staff refused to have our booking at the time of checkin. And after having a long and exhausting discussions with the hotel staff, they only gave us 2 rooms. We were 9 members (8 adults and 1 kid, out of whom, 6 members were senior citizen. Even with our pre-booking we had to beg to hotel staff to give atleast 3 rooms and extra beddings so that we can accommodate. Even we could not contact mm t for referrals and help because your server just sent us a message that our query will be sorted out on 17 may 2022 (after the ending of our trip. This was a horrible experience in total and we will not use as well as recommend mm t for any bookings (hotel or flights) in future.
