Rooms not you to the marks and not value for money but over all hygien are good hotel staff also good

Very basic
familyIts a very basic hotel and not worth the price. Gave us dirty hotels. Breakfast is not great. Reception staff not very helpful.

The hotel did not exist. It is under repair for quite some time now. We we were accommodated in a nearby hotel which is being set up. How did you reserve in a hotel under repair. We were made to run from place to place

We got your booking on October but suddenly we thought to renovate the hotel and suddenly we started close our bookings, so that we were forced to give room in our nearby hotel and although we deeply apologize for that. Decent stay
groupDolphin international is under construction. We were offered accommodation in hotel venganam, which is an adjacent hotel. Udupi hotel was available as a food option. Overall, stay was decent.

businessFrom 8 th october till 12th morning all services are appreciated. Specially reception was very cordial. Madam vaishnavi was extremely smiling and cooperative.

Comfortable stay
Room service is good, very near to main temple, food were also less oily and testy behavior of receptionist at counter was very good and helpful

Varanasi stay
Staff very cordial and responsive transport was arranged swiftly however on last day after check out one fall ill and required room for 4 hours they charged enormous

Small and dark super deluxe rooms, good foods, don't take other service
groupI booked 2 super deluxe in the hotel, rooms are just so so. We didn't get any sunlight in the room. Rooms remains in dark at daytime also. Foods are good, we took veg melas. Staff was good, service was prompt. But i advise all not to take any other service, like temple darsha, car booking from the hotel. Ms manager of the hotel, is very unusual. She fix the rates for these services, i found rates are double or t ripple than the normal rates. We are not aware the temple darshan booking can be done , we request the hotel to book for kashi viswanath temple darshan it was told we need to pay we could luckily verify the rates per person. Please be aware to take rates from the lady manager at the hotel. Car rentals ( fixed by the manager) are very high. We bound to take a car rent for varanasi station( 5 km distance) drop at 4 am ( request for booking was made previous night)

The rates for other services like temple darshan or any vehicle services, we are informed that we getting rates from our travel desk and we also informed about that Rate difference in direct counter tickets. There is no hidden charges for any services whatever we are providing. Though your drop is at early morning, so that you supposed to charge at extra amount, that also we explained that previous night. We are trying to satisfy the customers in every situation and for easy accessible and guidance we are having travel desk only for our customers. Sorry for the inconvenience caused with us.
Customized food
familyWe were able to get the staff prepare food as per our preference, which was really good. Since elderly people traveled, getting the right food was important.

Food choice is not available only only provided by hotel food compulsory taken if customer want another food pay and choice. Already paid amount is not return
