Room service is good, very near to main temple, food were also less oily and testy behavior of receptionist at counter was very good and helpful

I checked in the night at 11 o’clock, in past i have bad experiences of checking in in the nights, be it hotel of mumbai or gujarat, not here in dolphin varanasi, staff was on feet to help, even they took only 5 minutes to complete the check in process this was great relief for me as i had a long lay in travel, afterwards experience was also good, room was ok type, food service and taste was also good, definitely recommended for people who travel to varanasi and want to have a great service in hotel

Hotel is known to everybody and i had no problem finding it. Located at walking distance from famous ghats which are a must see. All forms of conveyance are available. Room was clean. Staff provided everything that i asked for without delay. Hot water comes in washroom till 11 am but you can ask them to switch it on whenever you need. I booked room with all 3 meals included. Tried different items from the menu and everything was good. There was no restriction as to what or how much i could order in my prepaid booking. I usually stay in 5 star hotels and i was not expecting the same level of quality here. This is a 3 star hotel and everything was as expected from a 3 star hotel. If you are looking for a hotel near the ghats and famous temples, this is a good choice if it fits your budget.

We travelled with friends stayed 5n 6d nice place to stay. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice it was cold when we checked in asked for hot blower they easily arranged without any extra charges. Overall good experience.
