Review Of HOTEL DOWNTOWN

cleanliness is very bad, even service is very bad. very bad experience. When asked for plates they provide but it wasn't clean. it ruined the bedsheet.

It’s very terrible in the room, washroom is very dirty and toilet seat too. I told to the reception but didn’t any action about that.

Not worth the money. They don’t provide dental kits or shower essentials. Overall, it’s a very poor hotel experience. While it may cater to budget travelers, the rates they charge aren’t budget-friendly. They seem to believe it’s a high-end hotel but deliver very poor service

The rooms are very small for even 2 people to fit. It’s moderately clean and comfortable.

Room was not good…So much outside sound was coming…Couldn’t sleep properly.Asked for an exchange of room. But provided after 1 day. Still other room was also not good. Overall bad experience and wouldn’t suggest

I need full refund as did not go the stay as was not allowed thus need the refund this should be refunded as one off to me looking at long relationship
