Hotel person told me that rooms not available in this hotel and shifted another hotel near by. That property was not goods. No tv facility there. No intercom facility.

Rooms are without any ventilation. It is a basic hotel but not suitable for family stay. Outside atmosphere is very downmarket and you will not feel safe with family

I recently had the misfortune of staying at hotel downtown sector 15 noida and was left feeling disappointed and concerned for my safety. Upon checking in, the receptionist's demeanor was unprofessional and unwelcoming. Unfortunately, things only got worse. After receiving my room key, i was consistently disturbed by knocks on my door from unknown individuals. Feeling uneasy and unsafe, i decided to leave the hotel and book a room elsewhere. When i brought the knocking issue to the receptionist's attention, they seemed unconcerned and unapologetic. Their lack of empathy and unwillingness to address my concerns only added to my frustration. Overall, my experience at hotel downtown sector 15 noida was marred by poor customer service and significant safety concerns. Until they address these issues, i would advise others to consider alternative accommodations. No need

रूम में बदबू आ रही थी रूम मे सफ़ाई न्ही थी कोई भी सर्विस स्टाफ अवेलेबल न्ही रूम में मच्छर काट रहे थे वाटर गीज़र भी न्ही काम कर रहा था बेसिक नीड की चीज़ जैसे साबुन टावल्स न्ही थे बिल्कुल बेकार था
