Surr. Sure. Well, booked 2 deluxe room which was clean and enough space, bathroom was quite new. Water supply just started so sometimes need to inform service for water supply. Night time drinking water supply have some issue, food was ok as per price rate. Garden, swing, outdoor seating area and swimming pool available. Little delayed in services lik room tea order or breakfast order. Good experience overall. Resort is under renovation so might take few months to complete all the construction of amenities. Rest check in/out is simple process.

I booked this Hotel on short notice, still I got a decent deal. Hotel's ambience is good. Beautiful garden, nice view of Beach from room and garden, clean swimming pool etc. Rooms were clean but interior needs some work to do. Food was good but portion size was small. Overall a good stay.

Everything here is good, we enjoyed a lot. Staff are really friendly. Restaurant needs improvement.
Drinking water supply is a problem, today we are out of water for couple of hours.

Just awesome stay. Worthy for money. Excellent location. Tasty food. Good manners of hotel staff. Manager is very helpful. Swimming pool is very nice .. The location is really good. Food is a bit costly but nice one

Pros 1. Mid range hotel. Good facilities 2. Clean rooms including toilets. Enough space for bathroom dancing :) 3. Excellent room service. Quick response 4. Very very polite behaviour from everyone 5. Beach faced lawn and sitting arrangements 6. Good food. Delivered to room with no extra charge 7. New road to access hotel Cons 1. Small swimming pool. Less maintained 2. Food is costly 3. Electrical problems may occur but been taken care of 4. Accessibility to the beach is only during low tide

Good hotel near sea beach. Recommend to stay in the hotel. The Manager as well as the staff are very good and well behaved. The Overall ambience of the hotel is good and food price is also reasonable compared to Mandarmani standard. Would recommend to stay in the hotel.

The hotel was located very close to the beach and during high tides waves reach the front garden. We booked rooms on top floor with sea view but since AC was not working fine we were moved to another room. Room service was excellent and the food was awesome. We skipped outside lunch since their food was so good, especially food and beverage service from Palash was awesome. We spent the evening resting in the garden watching moonlit waves lapping at a beach. The way above and beyond service was provided after checkout when we found that our car had a flat tire and we were struggling to replace it.

The location of the hotel is superb. It's just in front of the sea. The staff were very well behaved and helpful. The food was good. Clean and beautiful rooms with balconies. If someone is looking for relaxation and budget hotel. Dreamland is a nice choice.

Excellent location to enjoy the beach. The staff were good, friendly and cooperative. Food was also good and was not expensive. Check-in and check out process was quick. The room was very spacious, clean and neat. Bathroom was also good. But is has power tripping problems.

Overall services are good and very close to the beach. But this resort is too far from the main market. Roads are too narrow and there are plenty of pot holes.
