However, there are some major issues like no food restaurant, no lift facility, no proper ventilation and lighting, and untrained receptionist. The manager is not responsive and there is no accountability for their deeds. The main entrance and reception gate were locked, and the receptionist was sleeping inside. There were no towels, soap, or foot mats in the bathroom, and the rooms were not hygienic. The power plugs inside the room were not working, and there were leakage problems with mold and fungus.
